Than later someone protesting feel China control too much break promise so call " Will not interfere too much on HK " despite return to China.
End up? protestors one by one been arrested etc. UK , USA side blah bah also like that. Hong kong folks now also like that no more complain. Life go on. In fact HK Economics is there due to China.
Now come Taiwan, when Taiwan eventually return to China, USA surely make some noise as usual end of the day also tone down just like that.
