The will be a new dog park at Kovan. After Sylvia Lim help, finally the dog people there got their dog park after lots of effort.

Time and again shows that the mandate given to any ruling party has to be just 51-55%. When it feels like a coin flip, those in power would do a lot more to please the voters. Whether voters are masters or slaves depend on how loose you are with the mandate given to ruling party. Lol
