Your nerves are like your muscles. If you don't use they will weaken and die. That is why we see many old folks lose their ability to move due ti nerve degeneration. So while we exercise regularly to make sure our fitness, muscle and heart are all in good shape most people neglect their nerve system and that degenerate over time.

I got one similar one more than 15 years ago. Use no more than 3 months you'll put it aside. Seriously, dun waste your money.
