Putting a person under hypnosis itself will not be admissible as evidence because the individual is subject to influence to some extend to give out the information that may be beyond their control.
All evidence has to be presented with their best knowledge and this requires the individual to be conscious. And if these knowledge had hidden with lies or untrue, it is the responsibility of the counsel to find that out with proof.
Lie detector will also need the consent of the individual, which in this case may prove to be futile.
If Ms Khan choose to lie and try to “assist” the COP in order save her own legal responsibility, then this COP will drag further.

Since COP loves to pull so many people into the picture in order to investigate to their maximum, why not pull Raessah khan's parents in to question too?

1. PS offered her as a candidate to SK voters
2. They voted for her.
They all knew her track record but did not vote wisely. PS knew her track record, got her to "say sorry" to the public, about her posts about rich Chinese, mosque leaders...and that's it, the plp IBs all voted for her to collect S$16K a month!
