It is not very important to have the best airport lounge in the world.  But to have a fast clearing system in getting a airline ticket, boarding a plane, getting one's baggage and clearing customs are more important factors to consider............... Big Grin

How fast is fast?

Yearly, 60 mio arrival passengers mostly on transit recorded but only 3 mio visited Singapore.

What is so important here? I visited the best airport in Australia, Melbourne Airport last month? It is laughable, nothing has changed, escalator for international departure stopped operating at 8pm, and the service at the airport is lousy.

Very useful during long wait for transits. Shower, snacks, desserts, drinks, tv, newspapers, sofa and massage chairs, some even hv foot bath with "doctor fish"

Company pays business class on flights more than 3 hours.

Melbourne/Singapore is business class.
