went to posbank to change a new passbook for my mother

this marsiling branch is a digital branch
not full service branch

the posbank marseling branch is a mess

when I went there
there were pple queibg all over the place
there were pple quwuwing inside and outside the branch

after a while
I see that there is a digital machine
pple are quweueing outside to use the digital machine as the machine is near to the door

then there were 2 other Qs

one is queung to use the ATM
and another is to queue for miscellaneous things
which I queued
only to be told canoot
becos its a digital bank
abd not full service bank...
