upskilling and then find jobs is a waste of taxpayer money because most of them cannot get jobs after upskilling.
they ended up doing food delivery and grab driver jobs which are unrelated to upskilling.
it is most logical to find jobs or employers first and then do upskilling.
if PAP cannot find jobs or employers first, there is no point to do upskilling.
why PAP keep wasting taxpayer money on upskilling when there is no job ?

This Govt has obviously run out of excuses and still blame people when there are no suitable jobs around. Yet, they kept on changing goalposts so that more middle- age elderly cannot meet the Basic Retirement.

After 5 years, they copy a successful idea from UK but failed in SG
