HDB success is only applicable here in Singapore. Because we still have freehold & 999 land . In China, there is no freehold.
Since in SG we have freehold, Singapore HDB will skyrocket when the next government decides to make all land in SG leasehold. ( The existence of 999 land here proves that LKY already slowly slowly done it once )
In China, where is this leeway ?
