Expire food used lor..they dont care in hawker la they assume even meat spoiledor expire any bacteria will be killed when cook in hot high heat...

Overnight fish etc that cannot be sold by fishmongers are sold to the hawkers at very cheap price.

Singapore is improving to be a Great Third World Nation.  With cement stall, refrig and a cooking area yet our food cannot compete with street food in Hong Kong. Shouldnt NEA or CASE investigate rather than to have consumers hospitalised?
