My friend parks his car and the whole garbage occupy one parking lot
after complain, Town Council said the photo contractor submitted was OK
so my friend ask if contractor submitted photo of whole car park
Idiot TC said "NO"
The following week and the 3rd week same thing happened again
He gave up making complains
