Photographer captures pictures of rare venomous banded krait at Pulau Ubin 🐍 Even though the snake's bite is potentially lethal to humans, the serpent is reportedly less aggressive compared to other species. 

I used to ride my bicycle along the rail corridor at night, but have stopped because of the prevalence of dengue cases around the nature reserves.  I witnessed many people on foot jogging or walking at dusk even though they won't be able to see what is on the ground along the sandy paths. Snakes, scorpions and other venomous creatures besides wild boar have been seen along the rail corridor. It is best to walk or run there in daylight so that people are able to detect the presence of such dangerous animals.
