then u tell ali express u receive the goods
then ali release tghe money

so maybe the buyer quickly tell q10 he din receive the good after u send tohis house

why din u make him pay on th spot since u are at the house

Have you tried asking qoo10 if payment was really made by buyer?  

I thot you should receive payment first b4 delivering?

Q10 must receive the payment first then inform you to deliver. Once he confirmed receipt them q10 will release the money to you

I always heard is Sellers get the money from Buyer but " always play delay of the delivery "

lol before buy claim you will get within 3 days fastest , or one week, Instant stocks.

Later buyer call back hey why haven't come , than Seller BS claim Oh Supplier there got problem haven't come yet so take one month later you can receieved.

Summary Sellers always BS to lure get buyer buy,

Qoo Shopee Lazada usually kept the monies by buyer first. Only buyer ok then release to seller. They are the middle man control the funds so as to speak. This is fair to both parties. Why then sell through them is becuz they got huge buyer base. If you seller hardworking source for own buyers then no need go through them.
