愛沙尼亞總理卡婭·卡拉斯（Kaja Kallas）最新向英國《金融時報》表示，依照目前北約保護該國免受任何俄羅斯攻擊的防禦計畫，愛沙尼亞將被從地圖上抹去，其首都塔林的歷史中心將被夷為平地。

卡拉斯周三告訴該報記者稱，北約對波羅的海三國的現有防禦計畫是允許他們被攻陷，然後在180天後解放這三個國家。

卡拉斯指出，自俄羅斯開始全面入侵烏克蘭以來，現在已經超過了100天。她說：“如果你比較一下烏克蘭和波羅的海國家的規模，這將意味着（波羅的海）國家和我們的文化被徹底摧毀。”

在評論她所稱的北約“失去領土並在事後解放領土”的計畫時，卡拉斯說，據稱俄羅斯軍隊在烏克蘭布查鎮實施的暴行發生在入侵開始後約80天。她強調：“現在每個人都看到，這種絆腳石的概念並沒有真正發揮作用。”
