Chin up bar is the best. Just grab the bar and do hanging for about 1 min daily. Slowly move your head forward and stay for 10sec. Then move your head backward and stay for 10sec.
Later, you will find your stiff neck and backache disappear.
If you feel very pain, stop it and dont overstretch yourself.
My frozen shoulder was cured after doing chin up bar stretching, very effective. But you need to bear the pain a while, but dont over exert it.
