He was made redundant. So he became a cow and was herded.

For many jobs, PAP said transferable skills.

So why ended- up attending courses? But why Training?

His starting pay is barely $2,000/ mth like other HR Assistants.

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Let me teach dumb Jac when he reads this thread.

Training, APAC in his job title does not mean that he is a business partner like he use to jump into conclusions or false claims. Neither is he considered Regional Learning & Development Consultant.

Trainer, APAC only means that his students are in APAC region. Meaning, use Zoom to teach.

OK?

@ 53 yo, it's almost impossible to return back to the job market..limited opportunity in an island

He should prepare himself for retirement at home.

So many were high flyers in their heydays but eventually, ended up as Bak Chor Mee sellers.

Fully aware of the dire situation, the Govt has been building more and more hawker centre to cater for those slip thru the cracks

The current generation consists of parents who in their fifties, still have small children attending schools, therefore at age 50+ they still need a steady job to see their children to make it thru' university......also he will need to support the bigger family, and put food on the table.........

In 2004 got no CECA, but Jac Lau can be jobless for so long?

Trading taught himself but the 50 people I know in the 80s also self- taught:- my ex- boss new company in Trading in Chevron House

How stupid of him to praise himself for nothing

No competition, but Jac Lau is unwanted trash?

Something must be wrong with him.

There goes the stupidity of Jac Lau again like a Primary 1 kid.

He cannot understand simple English or differentiate like a teenager?

That is why stupid people like him vote for PAP.

Why are you so easily deceived by PAP?

PAP wants to rock to boat with Employment Pass.

Let them do it all they want.

Nothing to do with us.

But we have the right to Complain and Curse them.

Who the hell is Jac Lau trying to mislead and lie to us ??

PAP wants to build cohesive Singapore.

But at the other end, they try to tear down this country.

It is their Choice. No one force them.

But they force us to accept unfettered Access under EP.
