After studying the model, going for a 7 eleven franchise is not a good idea unless you are lazy and just want a template.

Data shows that your chance of success if not higher and your upside is limited by the fees they charge.

I just noticed Decathlon has shops all over Singapore just like 7-Eleven. Dunno whether this bugger is also franchise and whether the model is better than 7-eleven. ... Thinking

when I did a survey last yr om 7-11 in chinatown area
I counted they can make 1k a day
so minus rental and fee
