Before taking the covid booster shot, I was having on and off knee pain and thinning hair just like many aging males.

Which vaccine? No vaccine has been tested for joint pain and hair loss as far as i know.

There could be many other reasons for your experience so not conclusive.

Novavax wil not be my choice. In the initial production of novavax, WHO hv suspended their vaccine due to some issues in their clinical productions. Moreover, Novavax is only a small Pharma company. Sinopharm wud be a better choice.

There is some.study of other vaccines like small pox boosting our immune system and reducing other diseases

But such benefits are unexpected.
