the ica user indentifications did not use the latest in identification methods. like facial recognition.
nric and date etc are quite open information. that scammer can dig to find out from different sources.
how can use that ??? need serious review. get the best in class to design the authetication. the best are out side of one person organization. can be best in one field cannot be best in all field. so best to go out and find.
singpass is one convenient authentication . but also become best for frautd if broken.
