The investigation is still ongoing.  Israel is pre-empting that ICC might issue the warrant of arrest.  Unlike the Ukraine situation,  think it would be hard to conclude the investigation quickly unless there is concrete evidence of genocide.  So far,  the calls are just noises without any admission.
