In dear does not have a conducive emvironment to do biz....country is fracturally divided with different prata state ministers in charge of its own state affairs ..
Being a poor developing country n corrupted, $$$ talks at every level of biz ops ...no money, no come..
N each state has its their own biz accounting systems .
Investors attracted by its huge mkt, but purchasing power , payment systems etc r so diffrent from the west..
U wan success, u must have solid connections with the top brass of local corporatuons who wud know how to deal with the local officials...
