Mt Dad died at age 96. But too bad, my Mum died at age 46 in 1968.

My Dad came from China when he was age 10. He works very hard and lead a simple life. He is in construction building many private hses in 1970s and 1980s. Many projects are in Bukit Timah and orchard areas.

My grandma passed away at age of 103 without any illness, grandpa died at age of 96. Both were extremely healthy and could go out by themselves. Both ate a lot of fish (steamed) every meal…never ate processed food and deep fried stuffs.
