There are 2 types of RFID. They look different.
Usually, those collected at the centre can have the RFID pasted on the windscreen. Those received by post in Singapore are for those pasted on the headlight. Need to follow the instruction that comes with it. Paste it wrongly, and you will have to pay more again.

Nonsense. Ah Loke lied. Those vehicles entering Malaysia from Thailand need NOT have VEP. What is he talking about.
