Even the government is also hiring staff on contract basis. Some reduce the contract to less than a year so that no need to pay 13 month nor bonus.

First, the Govt must segregate the reports between Singapore PRs and Singapore Citizens to make meaningful performance target. As of now, I can only say that the PRs are the ones skewing the report to show favour on the Govt lapses.

To retire at age 62 is ideal.  The remaining years are time to smell the flower and enjoy the simple  joys of life..........................

Those doing Grab, especially younger ones, are also not in permanent jobs. They will have problem meeting the CPF minimum sum.
