Ya, about 4 years or more they were making payments via QR code and facial recognition. Today they don't carry cash or credit card, cos everything via phone or just they facial recognition...
They even caught fugitives using facial recognition on their CCTV surveillance system.
Maybe democracy just wants to give crooks a chance to enjoy their lives than to pay for their crimes... Lol
