According to MOH latest guidelines, they are not allowed to self isolate on home recovery. They hv to be housed at NCID. So, SIA better follow this strict rules. Don’t play punk!

So they do not have any IPA, work pass or PR status and can be exempted from punishment and paying for Quarantine under Infectious Disease Act.
