Miracle? What miracle? Up to 80% of S'poreans do not own their homes which are public housing leased to them. Up to 89% do not own a car. The quality of life is extremely low here for the majority of professionals, managers and executives. Their aspirations simply cannot be met in the most expensive city in the world.
