With CECAs and other foreigners taking over management positions at many companies in SG, how can there be inclusive hiring when locals are being displaced by foreigners, while our leaders look the other way?

Still in Progress with excess Ministers and super high salary. Something wrong with hiring them or something wrong with their salary?

When individuals get to decide each other's salaries, cronyism ensures that it is a win-win situation for all involved.

Hiring close allies may give the impression that the CEO is weak and requires a network of supporters to strengthen his position. Cronyism casts aspersions on a boss’ judgment and ethics when recruits lack the requisite skills, knowledge and experience, which will become apparent over time. If workers assume that favouritism is at play, they will be less inclined to give of their best. Indifference and resentment will inevitably lead to a reduction in productivity and higher staff turnover.

Right. Sinkies are sweeping road and washing dishes who have degrees in IT, medicine, banking.

Even those sinkies in green jerseys..they are actually accountancy graduates. Their jobs were stolen by CECA. There's one MacD boy...he being poor only has his dreams...tread slowly...his job was also stolen by CECA.

VTO? Chao cheebie ranjiao pundek!

Please take my advice in the right spirit. Spouting nonsense will only make you look foolish and uneducated.

Mostly SMEs are like that. MNC, sure are like that but fortunately your boss, has a boss above, and your boss's boss also has a boss too. The ultimate boss of MNCs are shareholders.

MNCs can play cronyism but cannot perform … your boss cannot protect you, likely throw you under the bus because your boss need to answer to the boss ….. and if no profit … shareholders force board of directors to sack the CEO

You feel that way because you and I are at the low end of the food chain
