To date the inflation problem is not solved snd likely to get worse as oil price rises.

Govt Bond yield are so high and risk free...why would anyone invest in high risk stocks that are likely to fall.

Downside risk is high upside is limited....

Smart traders and investors are selling or shorting the market. There is no reason to buy.

Technically double top formation with 2nd top lower than first. This spells end of this rally.
