Meanwhile, based on the Twitter account @PT_Transjakarta, the Transjakarta service that targets airport employees will serve the SH1 route: Kalideres-Soekarno Hatta Office. 

"This airport route trial will last for 1 month," wrote the @PT_Transjakarta account in response to netizens' questions. 

Even though the Transjakarta airport targets Soekarno-Hatta Airport employees, this service is also open to the general public, including during the trial run.

Because it is targeting the airport worker segment, during this trial period the Transjakarta Kalideres-Soekarno Hatta Office route will only operate at certain times, namely at 06:00-09:00 and 18:00-21:00 WIB every day.


In this trial, PT Transjakarta applies a tariff of Rp. 0 for passengers for the next month. However, passengers still need to tap in and tap out like when using Transjakarta services in general.

Head of Kalideres Terminal Revi Zulkarnaen said the free trial will take place starting July 5, 2023.

"For the first trial, it will be free for one month by Transjakarta. But even though it's free he (the passenger) still has to tap the card," said Revi when contacted by Kompas.com, Monday (3/7/2023).

He said that a total of 20 buses will transport passengers on the Kalideres route to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Later, the bus will serve passengers every day.

"There are hours every day from 06.00 WIB to 09.00 WIB, then again in the afternoon from 06.00 WIB to 21.00 WIB," explained Revi. The arrival time range between one bus and another bus or headway is 20 minutes. One Transjakarta bus, he said, can accommodate around 60-80 passengers.

"For the route from Kalideres Terminal, exit left onto Jalan Daan Mogot, then turn left at the police post, enter Jalan Utan Kayu, Horse Statue, Rawa Lele, continue to the airport," he explained.
