Mr Giam, a Workers’ Party MP for Aljunied Group Representation Constituency, suggested during a debate on Parliament’s budget that select committees be created for each ministry or group of related ministries to examine the ministry’s decisions and report back to Parliament.

Indranee Rajah takes umbrage at the suggestion that there is a lack of transparency, which is an obvious sign that she fears the scrutiny of the Opposition. Remember that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely; so why does she want absolute power for the MIW?

Her Big Boss has set clear instructions yet she rejected his orders which seems like Insubordination.  

There is nothing to fear if she is truly honest and transparent. Now, her own words is saying otherwise.
