Investor Guru Jim Rogers : GIC and Temasek will lose a lot of money in these banks
#1

"Singapore that recently made large investments in Citigroup and UBS AG (UBS, news, msgs) are likely to lose a lot of money on their ploys.

"They're making a big mistake; these banks have many more problems still ahead. They should wait until these companies are really on the ropes a few years from now . . . and trading at $5 a share."

But aren't they supposed to be the smart money? Maybe not. "I know these people, and they have never given me the impression that they're smarter than anyone else," Rogers says.

"They have gigantic amounts of money, but they've made a bad judgment in these cases.""

.
Today, despite largest support from a single source CPF members savings, both GIC and Temasek performances are not any better

the event in 2007 already history over. buyer made money. gain access to their data.
those want to hide also no place to hide.
yet the man post this, what is intention. to say roger was totally wrong to shoot him down. or to
say the buyer stupid can made money and gain secret info.
tells a lot about the person low level of trying to shoot down their opponent.
no wonder opp cannot made it. many many opp that ruling party made mistake also no know how to attack. keep using useless blaming game. people want to see solutions not low level blaming game., at this also cannot do a proper job,

In 2014, US DOJ started investigating KOM bribery in Brazil since 2001..

In 2023, (IE 22 years later),  CPIB issued a stern warning.

What's your opinion?

Today, no one tells the world that Singapore abides by international law and rule of law.

It's mad if he does.
