In the last ME war Israel nearly lost, it was the U.S. that saved its ass. Unlike last time now Iran has nukes…Iran’s hypersonic missiles penetrated Israel’s Iron Dome and hit the targets (2 Israeli airbases)  accurately from 2000 km away.

This time round is different from the past. US has too many things up its ass and it's obviously in decline phase. They will not be able to protect Israel much longer without help from China. Obviously China will not help.

Current generation of IDF are nowhere the same calibre as their forefathers. I saw videos of how they proceed to search building by building. When firepower too strong (actually only one Hamas) they call for air strike to flatten the whole building.
