Is KESM a 10x stock?..No but this S'pore stock is better...

My view is probably not.

But burnt in testing in very important for car industry as the requirement is much more stringent than say a home PC.
The EV market will increase the demand by 3-5 times as the amount of electronics is much higher. However this industry lack monopolistic moats and susceptible to price cuts.

In any case, a safer bet would be to buy KESM through Sunright and get a free ride. Why? Sunright owns a large stake of KESM and valued as if it does not own this stake hence you are actually getting KESM for free when you buy Sunright.

2 days after I posted the deep value in Sunright ....Shareinvestor editorial published the same analysis in its  6 Sept Editorial.

The writer Is able to come to same  conclusion that cash at hand plus the KESM stake far exceeds Sunright stock price.

I posted this 10momths ago. KESM rose 20% within 2.months after the call...Sunright rose 12% in a few days. I did not say the stocks will go up forever.

Rught now there is a serious semi conductor slump

The best semiconductor stocks NXP, AMSL,.Micron Nvidia fell.much more and fell harder

Please exercise your own judgement and due diligence as situation changes rapidly over time.

Not all my stock picks make money and many will make and some will lose as future carries uncertainty

I am not here to assure people to buy something.
I myself am waiting to purchase a list of semicon stocks
They include AMSL, NXP, AMD Nvidia TSMC I looked at them last year but concluded they are 2 problems overvaluation and semiconductor cycle peaking.

The companies are good but the stock was just too expensive and a sitting duck to plunge if a semiconductor slump occurs.

There is a trick to buying cyclical stocks...you do it when most people give up.

Just 2yrs ago oil plunge to zero and people dump all oil & energy stocks at the bottom. Now oil reach $120 everyone wants to buy the same stocks at higher price.

If you ask me, I prefer to wait as I still see people believing these stocks will recover soon maybe they are right but upside will also be limited.

I prefer a better entry point to be able to hold very long...

Hi after i brought up the stock it rose 13%>
Later all semicon stock were hit by industry slum and supply chain issues.

I do not say the stock will go up forever
Also I cited Suright as a better alternative to KESM which fell more during the slump.

Not a single semicon stock is spared during the selloff.

Suright performed better than all the big names like Nvidia AMD which fell more than 50%
