You dunno meh. The royal families in Europe are all related to one another. Just check out the Habsburg monarchy. Even the last Tsar of Russia was a cousin of the British king.

True, one of the Russian Queens called Katherine something was a German married to Russian Tsar. However Tsar is now history but British Royal Family still exists, despite of intermarriages the family name indicates their ethnic background. Do you know why British Monarchy changed its German family name to Windsor? To distant from Nazi Germany during the war lah.

Furthermore one of the Queens in British Royal Family in 18th century was black African, however they covered it up by painting her white in all her portraits…therefore Queen Elizabeth II has a bit of African blood.
