600k for a 5 rm flat in neighbour hdb of 1200sq ft still leave with 400k for go round the world> 4 times!!!

This one is cheaper by half a million. Save around SGD$500,000 dola.

End of the day", not same lehh. HDB flat" 4A-rooms still v.good with about 60 years left. If one is 50 years old today, can stay till 110 years old.
