Is it mandatory to have a hand phone to go into Msia?

One of the conditions to go into  Msia is the need to  download Msia's contact tracing app.

Some seniors do not have mobile phone,  then how?

Also, if no mobile data or roam package, is it possible to operate the MySejahtera?

In fact filling form can do it away
Malaysian can be exempted when back to Malaysia
Just present vaccination certificate by phone or hard copy when asked by immigration officer

The same apply to tourists except those by air

Singapore can do the same
Since No ART test is required

Agree.
Home based already can get infected so easily, the chances of being bombarded by the sickening virus will surely be higher in a less developed entity.

A relative's maid just got infected. Sien.
