This project HDB BTO was signed 2 years ago.  

At the moment, it has not even started piling. Can it complete in 15 months time?  

In the last 2 years until now, the recent progress report this month April 2023 is as follows:

Possible , the Unit is quite fast they stack up as is pre mould. Is the carpark they take quite sometimes to build.


Now is like this , You want Fast = Lousy Quality. This is why BTO flats you see within just one year or so , cracks around etc. BTO Owners shy to say out because EPIC they spend of much on renovation yet later within just one year or so cracks around etc. Some due to poor renovation contractors they got , some is due to HDB pre mould units.

They will claim un avoided partly now a days materials is not say good than last time , next u want fast naturally you have to know quality will not there so call near 90 percent.
