Hmmm good question. I have something related during one of my NS times night patrol me and buddy smell something very fragrant when we pass by some spots with trees. It smell so nice but as we prowl and move away after X metres mysteriously the smell stop. Me and buddies were still joking this strange phenomenon and that time we only 19 years old. We rest 2 hours and prowl again and pass that same spot no more smell liao and that is when we no longer joke and quickly double our pace away
