But what delay the work is doing the carpark ground work delay as it take longer time

Although each unit is stacked, does ur uncle even know there are pipes and cables to be layed which is more time consuming than a carpark ?

Yes, rubbish, what goes into the building of a car park.  It is carried out at ground level, therefore all machineries can be delegated to finish the car park.......

yea this is what he mention the time taken a lot is wiring etc ground work also car park

The reason why the car park is last to be completed is that they need the space to move heavy vehicles and materials on site.  In order not to damage the car park (road), they leave it to the last, else they need to redo the car park when the flats are finished......

those carparks above ground are easy. those underground are expensive. so most cut costs by building above ground
