Unless parents is rich can send their kids Out of SG to other Big countries but again also a challenge to complete with locals there.

Our Side SG is , " less jobs been created by lots of PRs and Foreigner workers " in the sense ok those hard labour job, F&B mostly are foreigners doing now beside just maybe 5 percent of total F&B industries are locals.

than come those white collar jobs, technical support up to manager level to directors. Is literally " over staff in the sense the Old workers till in the market holding the post, young ones are fighting with PRs , aka foreigner talents here not foreigner workers as they into blue collars job those labour intensive and dirty jobs Like cleaning and clear rubblish.

It's like a tiny little frog swimming in a slow fire cooking pot.

Too late to know when water started boiling.

Remember  news in 3 November 2017

A $100 billion semiconductor company based in Singapore will legally relocate its home address to the United States, President Donald Trump announced Thursday.

Broadcom Limited, which manufactures communications chips around the world, said it would relocate its legal address to Delaware once shareholders approve the move, bringing $20 billion in annual revenue back to the U.S.

The move will allow Broadcom to avoid a cumbersome federal review process.

Effectively Trump will force many  MNCs manufacturing and corporate operating in Singapore to relocate back to US..

Singapore will soon witness being hollowed out leaving behind more ghost industrial parks.

It seems Trump doesn't like Singapore very much.

True, mine property if i sell now i profited 1.7m. crazy. and most of them cash out knowing that it is about time for property to crash.

so they go buy HDB with lot of cash that why hdb soar, sell at 1m over in good location..

those guy are smart. they stay hdb and chose good one so when property crash they go buy back the condo or landed property they sold, and then
rent out this hdb.

But i am too old to do this, moving house is no small feat. very jiat lat one.

All those elderlies are destroying their future generations to come. Only knows the joy of present goodies and sweeteners, and forego their future generations livelihood.

Just today LHL give New citizen awards to 200 people.

He claim " got New Citizen means we will work hard and progress "

This show He like " Competition , fight among the people " EPIC they don't have competition because in Parliament don't have enough Opposition to give them competition to progress, THIS IS WHY PAP Has been slacking ever since LKY days.

Soon 21% Singaporeans be above 65 years old -  according to UN classified as Super-Aged Society.

With fast increasingly numbers of retirees and senior pensioners, Singapore supposedly a vibrant society and high productivity will decline ..

Scary, a heavy burden for next younger generation
