The toy dropped into the chute but never trigger the system to open the shuttle door. Ended up got to call the staff to help unlock the shuttle door.

Saw the guy before me using the swing method but he overlooked the wall of the chute is high. So swinging won’t work. As the claw got a bit of strength so I just use the normal grip and drop slowly to the chute so that the toy can rest on the wall then ends off with topple it down.

Tried a new game. Hook the pink feature to topple it down to release the toy. Tried a few times then the staff auto came forward and here to adjust the pink feature so that it’s easier to topple.

Send my car for washing and polishing so dropped by timezone and try my luck/skill. Caught two of these and gave one to my friend. But SG really cannot fight Japan. Our toys all small ones whereas Japanese gave out bigger ones.
