Is the stupidity of the 4G ‘leadership’ out for all to see?

I refer to the article “You can now check hotspots frequented by Covid-19 cases on MOH’s website” (Mothership; 1 Oct)

It states that: “On the website where MOH consolidates its Covid-19′s situation report for public viewing, you can now find a new tab called “Geospatial data”.”
It added: “The website will show you a map that displays places frequented by detected Covid-19 cases in the past three days.”

Comment:

Out of curiosity, I had a look at the geospatial map and noted that the “Serangoon Garden” subzone stretches from Ang Mo Kio Ave 9 until Serangoon Avenue 3!
Furthermore, the map states that “35 to 100″ covid patients have visited the “Serangoon Garden” subzone in the past 3 days.

In this connection, don’t you find both the size of the subzones and the range of numbers to be quite big? In turn, this may, arguably, serve little to no purpose in helping S’poreans decide whether to go to a particular area or not?
