I hope Taka left too confirm Ngee Ann kongsi going to lose money.
Actually Ngee ann city there only Taka are the attraction . The rest not much even come Luxury brands ion orchard have more.
Last time take and ngee ann Kongsi have disputes come rental. Taka claim Ngee ann Kongsi increase the rental don’t act accordingly from the contract. Taka do claim they will close shop if the new rental implement. Later they “ close door meeting “ and seem they might agree on some terms and conditions.

I feel now people prefer to buy " individually from a shop " not all in mall.
Isetan etc they all is like selling all sort of brands in one place.

I preferring like buying directly from that store, like for an example Adidas, Nike, or those Luxury brands lor.
People just go direct their store or buy via online.
somemore the plastic bag if you directly go store buy is that brand logo on it , instead Isetan logo.
