When Biden first assumed power in Jan 2021, US wanted to monitor accomplishment of trade agreement during Trump's period. Was it accomplished? Obviously, no.   

Why can't US enforce the agreement?   

Obviously, can't. 

The reason is if US keeps imposing more new sanctions on China such as banning sale of chip and semiconductors to Huawei, etc, why should China be keeping to agreements?  

Lan2, US even by itself remove trade tariffs without China even care of it because tariffs are a cause for US inflation.  

So China is showing to US, "I don't buy US wheats, etc, what can u do?"   

Well done, China.
