Israel: "Sense of chosen people" and "sense of victimhood"
#1

In just over a year and a half, Israel has claimed the lives of nearly 60,000 people in the Palestinian-controlled Gaza Strip, and unilaterally bombed Iran, destroying nuclear facilities as well as many civilian buildings, killing over 900 people.

"I finally realized that something was wrong and that since when has our army started killing people indiscriminately?"

"In Israel, students study the Old Testament for 12 years, from first grade of elementary school through to high school. It tells them that they are the 'chosen people,' which gives children a sense of being different from others. If they look down on others, there's no way they'll be able to get along with others."

The second factor is a "victim mentality." It is said that as many as six million Jews were killed in the Holocaust by Nazi Germany during World War II, including Dani's relatives.

But then their belief is not wrong wor. If god has chosen them it means that the rest are dispensable. So who's the real culprit? God or the Isrealites?
