The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, Hussam Abu Safiya, said he was shocked by the military vehicles and bulldozers that suddenly entered the area around the hospital, after previously attacking the homes of residents in the area. "We heard gunshots and bullets but couldn't do anything," he said.
