Iswaran CPIB’s case: some numbers don’t add up.... what happen to 7, 8,9,10?!?

It said here,
“In Mr Iswaran’s case, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong was briefed by the director of CPIB on Jul 5 regarding a case that the bureau had uncovered. The director sought Mr Lee’s concurrence to open a formal investigation.

Mr Lee gave his consent the following day and formal investigations began on Jul 11. Both Mr Iswaran and Mr Ong, the managing director of Hotel Properties Ltd, were arrested that day.”

So, PM could not give consent to proceed immediately (5 July)
Have to wait next day (6 July) to give go-ahead
Formal investigation then began on five days later (11 July)
And both Iswaran and OBS was arrested on the same day (11 July)

Now, why can’t give immediate consent and arrest same day?
What happen to 7, 8, 9, 10 July?
Need to go buy coffee powder, or get ready air conditioning?
I thought CPIB’s motto is “Swift and Sure”?
“Swift” my foot.... four days already gone
Iswaran could have destroyed a lot of evidence
“Sure” your head.... if sure, should get PM’s consent immediately

Something’s not right

Won’t be surprised he will not be charged
Because I heard from some chat groups, “they” are building a speed boat for him
That can take him to CECAland
Just like Phey Yew Kok was able to escape before he was charged

I don’t think Pinky even gave the consent to CPIB to commence investigation the next dayn(6 July)
He probably gave the go ahead only on 11 July
Then CPIB acted immediately
Probably went to CECAwaran home and climbed over the fence and kicked down the doors

On 7 Pinky probably called out Cecawaran and see if he would admit anything
On 8 probably discussed with Horseface and Tharma what’s the damages would be if go ahead
On 9 Sunday probably went temple to draw a “chaim” and seek guidance whether safe to proceed
On 10 he called over LW and briefed him everything and instructed him to take over to face the media, as he got no face to do it

So he will attempt to escape to India by speed boat.   Laughing

Don't think too much, it is not unreasonable. Pinky of course got to consult his advisors on how to proceed and he needs to think it through too as there could be many considerations.

Formal investigations began on 11 july, so the 4 days prior were informal preparations lah. Not sure what they do but don't need to be so sceptical.

Only thing is why hide the fact that he was arrested earlier on?
