offences can be anyhow change by pap law
corruption can become something else
unless the police is blind and saw the case as corruption when it is not in the first place
can a roti prata become a meepok mee dry suddenly becos pap got the mood to eat meepok at that time..
this means that the law is like rubber band or roti prata
and anyhow pull. distort or flip to suit the pap mood..

it is not un common becos pap like to change offences/laws based on their mood/agenda
they can even backdated a law on the fly so tharman can become president 'legally'...
