Jail, caning for man who molested stepdaughter from age 11, despite her brother's attempts to 'blockade' bedroom door
The offences came to light when the victim made two online submissions to a website of a Singapore law firm in December 2021, stating that she had been sexually assaulted by her stepfather. The law firm filed a report with police, who arrested the man.
