This is totally outrageous in such claims. There are many pap wards just as dirty. Like Chinatown, Redhill, Bt Ho Hwee and Havelock rd areas., just to name a few.

My army friend all along stay at Hougang under WP. The surrounding also clean also got upgrade here and there the facilities even add new ones.

BONUS lol they also got additional service from PAP because they want to take that area to get votes

So summary if your place is under opposition lol you got both services not just opposition also ruling party
